李庆，海口市中级人民法院党组书记、代院长，二级高级法官。安徽蚌埠人，1964年4月出生，在职研究生学历，全国审判业务专家，法学副教授。李庆同志长期从事民事审判工作，具有深厚的业务理论知识和丰富的审判实践经验。先后在多份刊物上发表法学学术论文20余篇，主持或参与最高人民法院及海南省高院等重点调研课题十余个。

Li Qing, the Secretary of Party Committee and Acting President in Haikou Intermediate People’s Court. Senior Judge Level-II. She was born in April, 1964, in Bengbu, Anhui and has received an on-job postgraduate degree. She is a national adjudication expert and an associate professor of law. Li has served as a civil trial judge for many years. Therefore she has a good working knowledge and is very experienced in judicial practice. She has published more than 20 academic law papers on several journals and has directed or participated in over 10 key research projects of Supreme People’s Court and The Higher People’s Court of Hainan Province.
