        宋家法，海口市中级人民法院副院长，海口知识产权法庭负责人，三级高级法官，湖北洪湖人，1966年10月出生。武汉大学法学院国际经济法博士学位，历任海南省高级人民法院刑事庭庭长、审判员、审判长，多次参与知识产权审判，在法庭上经验丰富。

Song Jiafa, Vice-president of Haikou Intermediate People’s Court and Head of Haikou Intellectual Property Court. Senior Judge Level-III, Haikou Intermediate People’s Court. He was born in October 1966 in Honghu, Hubei, graduated in law school of Wuhan University with a doctor degree in international economic law, successively serving as Clerk, Assistant Judge, Chief Judge of criminal tribunal of The Higher People’s Court of Hainan Province and President of Wenchang People’s Court, engaged in intellectual property trials for times and well experienced in the courtroom.
