    苏慧，海口市中级人民法院一级法官，1980年8月出生，海南省海口市人。取得了中国政法大学的法律学士学位及美国犹他大学公共管理硕士学位。于2002年参加工作，已审结超过3000宗案件。曾多次获得海南省法院系统优秀办案能手、个人三等功等荣誉。撰写的裁判文书多次在海南省优秀判决文书评选活动中获奖，撰写的多篇案例文章在省市内的刊物中发表。

Su Hui, Judge Level-I, Haikou Intermediate People’s Court. She was born in August 1980, in Haikou, Hainan. She received her MPA degree from Utah University and LLB from China University of Political Science and Law. She began her law career in 2002, and since then, she has heard and concluded more than 3000 cases. She was awarded Talented in Handling Cases of Hainan Courts and Merit Citation Class III and other awards many times. Many of the judgments she made were awarded Outstanding Judgments of Hainan Courts and dozens of her case analyses were published in provincial and municipal journals.
