罗静怡，1986年4月出生，新疆乌鲁木齐市人，2008年毕业于华北电力大学法学专业，2010年考入海南省定安县人民法院，历任该院书记员、助理审判员、审判员(一级法官)。工作期间取得海南大学MPA专业的研究生学历。具有一定的民商事审判经验和良好的庭审驾驭能力。

Luo Jingyi, Judge Level-I, she was born in April 1986, in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Automous Region. She graduated from North China Electric Power University of law, acquire MPA postgradute degree by Hainan University. She successively served as Clerk, Assistant Judge, Judge, and Chief Judge of Hainan Province Dingan County People's Court since 2010. She engaged in intellectual property trials and well experienced in the court-room.
