郭煊，1980年5月出生，海南省海口市人。取得了海南大学的法学本科，于2002年参加工作，自2002年4月至2010年10月在海口市龙华区人民检察院公诉科工作，2010年11月考进海口市琼山区人民法院，自任命法官后已审结超过1200宗案件。曾多次获得海南省检察院系统及海南法院系统优秀工作者及办案能手。撰写的裁判文书曾经在海南省优秀判决文书评选活动中获二等奖。现任海口市琼山区人民法院一级法官。

Guo Xuan was born in May 1980, in Haikou City, Hainan Province. She has obtained the degree of bachelor in law at HaiNan University. From April 2002 to October 2010, She worked in the Public Prosecution Department of the Longhua District People's Procuratorate of Haikou City. In November 2010, she became a member of the Qiongshan District People's Court of Haikou City. Since then, she has closed more than 1200 cases. She was awarded as Excellent Worker and Expert in Handling Cases in Hainan procuratorate system and Hainan court system for many times. The judgment documents she wrote once won the second prize in the Selection of Excellent Judgment Documents in Hainan Province. She is appointed the First Grade Judge in the Qiongshan District People's Court of Haikou City.
