潘文壮，1966年10月出生，海南省文昌市人，研究生学历，法学学士学位，1985年到法院参加工作，曾任海南省海南中级人民法院行政庭副庭长，海南省第一中级人民法院司法行政技术处处长；陵水县人民法院党组书记、院长。现任三亚市中级人民法院党组成员，三亚市城郊人民法院党组书记、院长、三级高级法官，已审结超过6000宗案件。先后有3篇调研论文获国家级奖项，6篇获省级奖项；主持国家级课题1个，省级课题3个，市级课题3个，均已顺利结项。

Pan Wenzhuang, Senior Judge of the third rank, Sanya Suburban People’s Court. Judge Pan was born in October 1966 in Wenchang, Hainan Province. He began his law career in 1985 with Bachelor of law and graduate degree and since then, he was once deputy chief judge of the administrative chamber of Hainan Intermediate People’s Court, director of technical department in The First Intermediate People’s Court of Hainan Province, president and party secretary of Lingshui County People’s Court. He is now a party member of Sanya Intermediate People’s Court, president and a party secretary of Sanya Suburban People’s Court. He has tried over 6000 cases. His three research papers won national awards and six got provincial Awards. He has also sponsored one national research project, three provincial projects and three municipal projects and all have come into a conclusion.
