黄春英，1981年3月出生，江西省赣州市人，海南大学法律硕士。于2005年1月参加工作，已审结超过4000宗案件。被评为“改革开放40周年政法系统新闻系统影响力人物”、全国优秀法官、海南省审判业务专家等荣誉。在担任旅游法庭庭长期间，旅游法庭获得了集体一等功、全国巾帼建功先进集体；在担任立案庭庭长期间，立案庭被评为全省法院先进集体。撰写的《三亚全域旅游建设法治问题研究》获三亚市法学会重点课题。现任三亚市城郊人民法院审判委员会委员、立案庭庭长、一级法官。

Huang Chunying

Judge Huang was born in March 1981 in Ganzhou,Jiangxi Provice.She began her career in 2005 with a master degree of law from Hainan University.Since then, she has tried and concluded more than 4000 cases.She has been awarded  national excellent judge and the influential figure in the news and the political & legal systems for the 40th Anniversory of Reform and Openning-up as well as a judicial expert in Hainan Province.As chief of the tourism tribunal, the tribunal was awarded a collective first-class merit and national advanced group of women’s meritorious service. As a chief of the case filing tribunal, the tribunal was awarded advanced group in the provincial judicial system. The paper she wrote that the Study on the Rule of Law in the Holistic Tourism Construction in Sanya was appraised as a key project. She is now a memeber of the court’s judicial committee and the chief of the case filing tribunal.Judge of the first rank, Sanya Suburban People’s Court.
